Prior to establishing Kennedy Partners HR Consultancy over 15 years ago Narelle Kennedy enjoyed 12 years as National HR Executive in the dynamic pharmaceutical industry.

Narelle’s qualifications in business administration and training, together with her earlier administrative and marketing experience in industries as diverse as social/youth services, heavy engineering/mining and pharmaceuticals has anchored her approaches to HR/L&D strategy in a strongly commercial, practical and results oriented base.   Accredited in Upward Feedback 360° Review & Team Management Systems , Narelle has developed an insightful and constructive diagnostic approach which underpins workable change strategies.
